- Maintain health records
- Bill insurance

By using this Product, you acknowledge that it is an educational tool only, not a substitute for professional medical care.

We collect only anonymized, non‑identifiable data to ensure user privacy.
What We Collect
- Session Data: Symptom queries, interactions, and educational searches
- Technical Data: IP address (for regional compliance only), browser type, device information, session timestamps
- Affiliate Tracking: Referral click data via Amazon Associates, Impact, CJ, Go2Cloud, and Katalys. When you click an affiliate link, our partners may receive basic click‑tracking data to measure referrals. This information does not include personally identifiable health information.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Names
- Dates of birth
- Addresses
- Social Security numbers
- Any identifiable patient health information (PHI)
Important: You must not enter personally identifiable information (PII) or PHI into the Product. Doing so is strictly prohibited and at your own risk.
3. Data Retention
Retention Period
Anonymized session data is retained only as long as needed to improve our algorithms and educational features. Afterward, it is permanently deleted or aggregated into non‑identifiable statistical datasets.
Opt‑Out
You may request that your anonymized session data not be used for model training or research by emailing legal@openscopehealth.com

4. Data Use
